January (and beyond, depending on your will-power) is usually a time of austerity, food-wise. So, for those who must have a lighter cookie (because no one wants to go without cookies entirely) our Blueberries & Oats variety will be just the ticket. These are lightly-textured, cake-y cookies with pleasant blueberry flavor. They're not too rich or dense; more like a muffin top.
Higher in fiber and lower in added sugar than many of our other cookies, they'll help keep your dessert-time light, tastefully!
